A lot of people ask me: Why did you go over to Cruise Planners from the other franchise? And I tell them I’ve got three basic reasons. Technology, technology, technology. And even though I knew Cruise Planners has technology that’s light years beyond their competitors. I still continue to find myself amazed of all of the functionality and our capabilities. For example, before I was not able to run my business from my smartphone. But now I am truly mobile and it’s changed the way that I do business. One of the other reasons that I decided to leave the competition is the marketing. I am very pleased at not only the quality but the variety of marketing programs that Cruise Planners has. And the best part for me is that Cruise Planners doesn’t charge a hefty marketing fee. Almost all the marketing is for free. And I have to say that direct mail pieces are the finest that I’ve seen in the industry. The one thing that I didn’t expect when I came over from the other franchise to Cruise Planners is how awesome the Home Office team is. The Cruise Planners executives are very accessible. And they’re kinda fun. Before I never had a coach. And I kinda felt with the other franchise I felt a little alone and isolated. But now with Cruise Planners I have a dedicated coach. She understands my personal goals. She’s helped me develop my business plan. And she’s a big part of helping me grow my business. I love my coach. And I feel very connected to the Cruise Planners family. So, I’m a techno geek. So when I was making my decision it was all about the technology. But once I got into Cruise Planners I was absolutely amazed with the marketing programs. And certainly delighted with the Home Office staff and how they make me feel a part of the Cruise Planners family.
