Ahoy there cruisers. Welcome aboard Royal Caribbean’s

and it’s lovely and quiet. A perfect place to relax. With two huge cantilevered whirlpools
each side. There’s a running and walking track to
get your exercise in. Thee main pool area offers a huge screen, two pools and three whirlpools. As well as a couple of bars. Moving towards the back we have “Splash Away Bay” The new kids pool area. Complete with awesome water cannons and smaller slides. The free soft-serve ice cream is always
very welcome. You’ll also find the new fish and chip bar or “Fish and Ships” as it’s called. Offering a traditional British seaside

you’re feeling fit. “Windjammers Marketplace” is the ship’s

brand new “Izumi” speciality restaurant. Offering sushi sashimi and hibachi
cooking. At the front of the ship we have the

  1. It’s mega important for all travelers to find their “cruise demographic.” Watching many cruise ship tours can give prospective passengers a terrific idea of where they might fit in the ever increasing demographics of cruising. While this ship isn’t for me, I can see it appealing to a lot of American families. Thanks for a great video.

  2. I kind of miss the old Independence, just because it was the first cruise ship I ever sailed on. We were on her maiden voyage, and seeing how much she's changed kind of ruins the nostalgia a bit for me

  3. Funny you should upload this video today as this day last year we was boarding this ship. Here's a few videos on our channel.

  4. Totally impressed! This is an extremely beautiful, inviting and comfortable look and feel.. wow great job guys, awesomeness in video taping, thanks !!

  5. I was on Indy just over a week ago, I really didn’t want to leave, this was our 3rd cruise with RCI and my sons first, and we loved it. Can’t wait till the next one.

  6. Im so disapointed i booked Allure of the seas thinking there is so much for kids. Well.. my 5 & 7 yr old cant do the zip line, the wall climbing nor the flo rider. I cant change shipps now and kids can only do carrosel they are so outdoor trained this is tooboaring for them, sucks!! This ship would have been better for them and cheaper too

  7. David and Ben this ship is amazing thank you for the video tour. It's definitely a Wow Factor. Thanks for sharing sincerely Adventures of David and Aaron

  8. Thank you for making and sharing your videos. You both helped me plan my first ever cruise. NCL Getaway–7 day Western Caribbean OCT 21-28 in a balcony stateroom 12300. I figured why book a solo cabin when I can enjoy the view from a balcony. I'm a long haul truck driver and I drive a year and travel 3-4 weeks then do it all over again. You two have been such a great help with all the tips.

  9. I only got to spend two days on this ship in May but definitely one of my favourite ships. I hope to do a longer cruise one day.

  10. I was really unsure how much this refurb would do, and wasn't sold on the ship looking at RCL's website, but your video completely changed my mind! Sign me up!

  11. Thanks for this great video! Great stable video shots that really help us get a sense of the ship. We've watched a few of your other videos and you guys are a lot of fun. Keep it up!!!

  12. fantastic video ! I have been on voyager and explorer and absolutely loved them, and now I would love to go on Independence!

  13. Looks a lot like Mariner of the seas through Rc! I love the boat. The wind jammer was my favorite place to eat.i purchased the drink package. It was well worthwhile. I can’t wait to cruise again.

  14. Hi Ben n Dave. ..another great video! you've made our choice much easier by uploading Independence of the seas.
My hubby and I sailed on Navigator of the seas on the 30th September, and as first time cruisers, we had a fantastic time! Gonna book the next one soon..and we've your help, it'll be with this ship..thanks guy's 😍

  15. Just been on it. fab food fab entertainment ships crew very professional and polite. Look out for the silent disco.

  16. OMG – what a change…. we travelled from Australia in 2016 to board Independence and loved the ship then…. BUT WOW the revamp looks like boarding a different ship! Cannot wait till we sail on her again! Hope they kept the staff the same as they were fantastic and as per usual made the cruise!

  17. How disappointing, they removed the Egyptian theming from the solarium. I’ve noticed they’ve been making their ships more generic for some things like removing the theming from all the solariums also renaming all the theatres to be Royal Theatre and the star lounge used to be the pyramid lounge, another example of becoming generic 😞

  18. Watched about three videos over 5 minutes, and subbed immediately. You guys do a great job. It's THE perfect combination of narration, video, tour, features, video length, and depth of coverage. Jim Zimmerlins channel was what I was going to up till now, and while his is very good, this is better organized, cleaner, and I think covers more features. You guys should get 100k subs soon!

  19. Great video. We had a trip on voyager of the seas. Look at my recent cruise trip here. Hope you like the video.

  20. i'm going on this cruise in 2 weeks and im so excited but also nervous! im nervous about there being storms or getting sea sick… any tips??

  21. Don't fall for BS cruise discounts like Amazon credit, onboard credits, etc. Just give us cheap fares. Amazon is just a middleman that allow sellers accounts and any other company can also be a middleman and Amazon is not always the cheapest. More Companies now act as middleman with sellers account such as target and walmart, google, bestbuy, newegg have sellers account that you'll find way cheaper prices than amazon and you don't have to be locked on buying only from Amazon. And prime is a joke why pay annual prime membership to buy from a middleman? It's like paying an entrance fee to buy product at walmart or target. They should pay us for shopping at their site similar to ebates.

  22. Fantastic job on the ship tour! We love this ship along with the Oasis class ships. This video is perfect to share with our friends, soon going on Independence. Well done!

  23. This is (mr.&mr. vlogs) we love Ben and Davids channel and we have subscribed to it for a long time now. They are quite entertaining but also very informative and fun to watch too. We have learned much from them and you will too. If you get a chance, please check out our channel too and subscribe to us as well

  24. Wow it looks awesome im about to travel on it again in 2weeks. Was worried that it was going to be the same but i like the new updates

  25. Hi u guys thanks again for a fab tour. Just checking did ye do wonderland on any cruise and also on RCL cruises do they do photo packages I.e. As many photos as are taken for a fixed price. Finally can you get some reports on spectrum before you get off. Your new follower John

  26. I went on this cruise in February of 2018 before it was updated and it sucks to see all this added on here afterrrrr I got off 😂.

  27. Great video. We go on her next May up to Norway. Our first royal Caribbean cruise, so good to see what the ship looks like. Thanks 😊

  28. @6:05 Tell me why, out of ALLL the fruit there, this woman dips her piece of watermelon in the chocolate?!?!?!?!

  29. Great video. Just got off the Mariner, and it appears the Independence is extremely similar in layout. That’ll make it easier to find our way around on our December sailing.

  30. hi guys: very nicely, presented
