of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts at Centennial College has part-time programs
that deliver what you need. The brand new facility at our Scarborough
Campus boasts state-of-the-art labs, the Local Café and Restaurant, our multi-use 20,000 square foot Event Centre, and 4 hotel-style guest suites. Where students can learn
first-hand what is required for excellent service in the Hospitality Industry. Combined with expert instruction from industry
professionals, and flexible programs offering single courses or complete certificate, it’s
the perfect pairing to satisfy the chef, baker, or wine buff in you. Courses begin every six weeks throughout the
year, and with evening and weekend instruction, are specifically designed to suit your schedule. Build on fundamental baking and pastry arts
skills. Learn culinary theory and develop cooking
techniques. Discover the art of wine tasting, sensory
evaluation and production. Or acquire the skills and foundations necessary
to advance in the hospitality industry. Come take a single course or a complete program
in any one of our Baking and Pastry Arts labs, Culinary Arts labs,
