Noooo!!!! Noooooo!!!!!!!! This is our three part series of Fresno with Kids. Day number three. We’re at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Opened in 1929, the zoo covers 39 acres and houses over 190 species. This is the Sea Lion Cove exhibit. I with I could ride on one of them. We’re entering Southeast Asia. Elephant, are you having a good breakfast? Now he’s playing with his toy. Now we’re going to the Valley Farm. This petting zoo has many goats. Baby, don’t be scared. They’re not going to eat you. It’s time for the tiger exhibit. Baby is getting kind of nervous. [Baby] Dada! Then we saw the alpacas out for a walk. Now we’re at African Adventure. This 13-acre expansion features multi species in spectacular naturalistic exhibits, emulating the African savannas. The cheetah is finding a way to eat us. Baby is trying to scare it away. [Baby] Boo! His eyes are getting red! Now we’re looking at the giraffes. And it’s feeding time. [Guide] And she is using her tongue to take it off my hand. Why are giraffe’s tongues black? Giraffe, the fence is not food! We had so much fun at Fresno Chaffee Zoo. You can buy your tickets at www.fresnochaffeezoo.org. We’re leaving Fresno and heading towards Kingsburg. We’re at Sun Maid Market. Sun-Maid is the largest raisin and dried fruit processor in the world. There are many Sun Maid merchandise and snacks here at the store. Now we’re going to get some free samples. Mmm, which one should I try first? Now I’m going to get one for Baby. And he wants another one. We’re ready to check out. Founded in 2002, this center provides children a place to learn about the world through explorations, interactions, role-play and direct experiences. We’re going to check out Grove Pick & Pack. I am putting fruits in this machine while Baby turns the conveyor belt. We’re turning the wheel so that the apples will fall into the crate. I am putting the fruits in the box and closing the lid. And the fruits are going up through the tubes and returning back to the trees. Now we’re going to play at the U Fix It Garage. I’m changing the tires. And Baby is checking on the engine. Baby, what is it like under the car? Next, we’re going to explore the tree house. Baby and I are climbing up from the inside. We made it to the top. Baby is going to look for birds with the binoculars. Now we’re going down the slide. Weeee!!!! Lastly, we’re checkint out the Wonderful Waters of the Sequoia exhibit.
